My wife Sarah and I live in Winston-Salem, but have spent a lot of time in Asheville, NC. We miss the mountains, but love the community here in the Triad.

Family is very important to us, and we love raising our three boys in this beautiful town. We love coffee, mexican food, and house flipping shows.

As Airbnb hosts, we like to give our guests space. We are always available to answer any questions or provide suggestions, but let guests enjoy their time in W-S or Asheville.

House Rules

We have zero tolerance for parties at the home. We ask all of our guests to treat the home and neighborhood like it is your own. We monitor the home via cameras and noise monitoring devices.

Payment Policy

50% is due at reservation and the remaining 50% is collected 60 days prior to check-in.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We have a non-guaranteed refund policy, which means that we will make best efforts to rebook the property for the cancelled dates, and will reimburse revenue received due to the cancellation.
