My wife Sarah and I live in Winston-Salem, but have spent a lot of time in Asheville, NC. We miss the mountains, but love the community here in the Triad. Family is very important to us, and we love raising our three boys in this beautiful town. We love coffee, mexican food, and house flipping shows. As Airbnb hosts, we like to give our guests space. We are always available to answer any questions or provide suggestions, but let guests enjoy their time in W-S or Asheville.

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are non-refundable. If there is a need to cancel, we will do our very best to find other renters and will reimburse you all income for re-booked dates, up to the amount of your reservation. However, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection.
